This Notice is intended to explain how the Personal Information you provide to the Company when making an enquiry electronically (via e-mail or our website) or in writing will be used and protected and your rights regarding your personal information.

Our lawful basis for processing your Personal Information is as follows;-

a. We have a legal obligation to do so under the Health and Social Care Act 2012.

If we need to ask for your permission, we will provide you with a clear choice and ask you to confirm your consent. We will also clearly explain to you what we need the personal information for and your right to withdraw your consent at any time and ask for your personal information to erased.

The personal information you make available to the Company will be held on our servers, access to which is strictly controlled through the use of both physical and logical security measures.

Our personal information policy and procedures comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations.

We may be required to make your personal data available to the following third parties:- External auditors, Regulatory Authority Inspectors, sub-contractors engaged to carry out analysis of diagnostic test recording and the generation of test reports.
